Gizmo Plus respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, contact details (email address and phone number), delivery address, and your order history with us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our store.

Why we collect it

We use your information to fulfil your orders, keep you updated on delivery, and respond to your enquiries and support requests. If you opt in to marketing emails — at checkout or through our newsletter form — we also use your email address to send you updates about products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor, and the delivery and fulfilment partners who pack and ship your items. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights under the PDPA

In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the store's contact channel and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and analytics to understand how the store is used and to improve it. Where enabled, we also use advertising and measurement tools from partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. These partners receive activity data (such as pages viewed and purchases made), not your name or contact details from us. You can limit ad tracking through your browser or device settings.
